As of September 1, 2026, ekz benelux is acquiring the activities of Dialoc ID Products. Under the name Dialoc ID Library the sales and service activities will be continued. In the background, two experienced parties are joining forces, creating a global player in the field of self-service solutions, RFID, security, and smart technology for libraries, universities, and colleges.<\/p>\n

Over nearly forty years, Dialoc ID Library has built a strong international position with its own products for libraries. Dialoc ID products are sold and installed worldwide through an international dealer network. ekz benelux is the leading supplier for libraries, colleges, and universities in the Netherlands and Belgium, offering a wide range of RFID, self-service, detection, software, and analysis solutions.<\/p>\n

Through the acquisition, the activities of both companies are brought together. For customers and dealers, this means a significantly broader product portfolio, greater innovative capacity, and access to additional solutions that can be deployed immediately within existing library environments.<\/p>\n

With the acquisition, Dialoc ID dealers gain immediate access to additional products and solutions from ekz benelux. Examples include intelligent bookshelves, the ekz Detection Antenna PGX, the iTrack Cloud solution, payment functionality at the self-service counter (in Europe), and visitor counters. This enables dealers worldwide to offer their customers a more complete package in the areas of self-service, security, statistics, monitoring, and ease of use.<\/p>\n

What exactly happened?<\/strong>
\nAs of September 1, 2026, ekz benelux is acquiring the trading activities of Dialoc ID Library. Both the staff and the products related to the library sector will transfer to a new entity. Under the trade name Dialoc ID Library, 3 MS Holding B.V. (Chamber of Commerce number 18063364, VAT number NL809978246B01) will take over sales. Dialoc ID Products B.V. will continue selling projects outside the library sector.<\/p>\n

Why is the new company called 3 MS Holding?<\/strong>
\nekz benelux Holding has a number of companies in the Netherlands and Belgium. It was decided to now house the trading activities in 3 MS Holding B.V., with the registered trade name being Dialoc ID Library. Within the foreseeable future, the statutory name of the company will also change to Dialoc ID Library B.V.<\/p>\n

Will any staff be lost?<\/strong>
\nNo, certainly not. We have high expectations for the coming period and need all Dialoc ID employees to achieve this. In addition, colleagues from ekz benelux will also be contributing to the success of Dialoc ID Library. In total, 22 colleagues will soon be working on developing, maintaining, and selling RFID- and EM-based solutions for libraries, universities, and colleges.<\/p>\n

Will the product portfolio remain?<\/strong>
\nThe current product portfolio of Dialoc ID Library will remain, but will also be expanded with products from ekz benelux. This includes intelligent bookshelves, display tables, payment functionality, reservation cabinets, visitor counters, security gates, new software, and a cloud-based solution for managing and monitoring the equipment.<\/p>\n

What will happen to ongoing sales and purchase orders?<\/strong>
\nAll ongoing sales and purchase orders will be taken over by 3 MS Holding B.V., trading under the name Dialoc ID Library. Any partial deliveries are known and will be settled properly and as you are accustomed to.<\/p>\n

What about any service and warranty agreements?<\/strong>
\nCustomers need not worry. Service will continue to be provided through the usual channels. Warranty obligations are also being taken over by ekz benelux.<\/p>\n

Are Dialoc products also sold via ekz?<\/strong>
\nYes, Dialoc ID Library products can also be sold via ekz Benelux. The most suitable solution is determined based on the customer’s needs.<\/p>\n

May we continue to use the Dialoc logo?<\/strong>
\nThe acquisition includes the trademarks and name of Dialoc ID Library. We will therefore continue to use these.<\/p>\n

What happens to the website(s)?<\/strong>
\nFor the time being, we will continue to use the existing website www.dialocidlibrary.com. Employees will receive a new email address in the near future (firstname.lastname@dialocidlibrary.com), while we will of course continue to use the existing email addresses until they are no longer needed.<\/p>\n

Is the Dialoc portfolio also for sale via ekz?<\/strong>
\nThe Dialoc ID portfolio will also be for sale via ekz Benelux, as we have done in the past.<\/p>\n
