“Open Library” is a solution where the library can also be used unmanned.
It has been used satisfactorily by a number of our customers for many years. As early as 2011, for example, we made the first branches of the Zeeuws-Vlaanderen Library accessible to their visitors outside regular opening hours.
Technical developments are not standing still here either. The Open Library concept has been completely revamped, with new hardware With new hardware and software for library access management. And there is a new management module with cameras and an audio link.
The Menin Library will begin using this new solution in early 2021.
